Robin saw parts of a real-time animation of the sinking of the RMS Titanic.
Particularly interesting he found that
- The fireworks (no distress signal rockets were on board so the crew had to use the ones for partying instead) were let out.
- The last 5 minutes are in the dark and you cannot see anything. (He concludes that the people in the life boats didn’t see anything either.)
- The breaking of the sinking liner into two halves is not animated. Or it is but in the dark you don’t see much.
But you get an idea of how the doomed passengers must have felt.
