Review: Butterfly Effect (2004)

Robin watched the 2004 film Butterfly Effect by J. Mackye Gruber and Eric Bress, and and tells us his impressions.

Storyline:
The protagonist Evan (Ashton Kutcher) had a problematic childhood. Instead of memories of particularly impactful events, he has blackouts. With the help of diaries and a psycho therapist, he manages to travel back in time and retrace the course of events for the benefit of those involved – sometimes with devastating consequences.

Robin’s thoughts:
“Very exciting with many unexpected twists. What would everything be different today if only one little thing had been different back then…”

Verdict:
Worth seeing!
