Idea for a text: a disused hospital is haunted. A female ghost is haunting. An operating room echoes the screams of a patient who is being forcibly operated on, to the giggles of the doctors. The haunted woman is the sex-transformed patient, who now sadly searches for his severed and discarded penis.
