Live Review: Hell Boulevard + Johnny Deathshadow! Read what the evening was like!Posted in - Robin's Reviews
Robin went to a club gig of goth rockers Hell Boulevard from Switzerland with Johnny Deathshadow from Hamburg as their support act.
The band from Hamburg opened the evening with make up and a stage performance of singer reminiscent to Gerard Way from MCR during Black Parade times.
Like during the main act backing vocals and keyboards were pre-recorded.
The overall stage performance was entertaining and the singing of the vocalist sounded quite good.
Then came Hell Boulevard. The material was haunting and could also appeal to non-goths. The athmosphere was outstanding and the audience sang along to many songs.
