Why do jealous men and women behave differently?

The first question a jealous woman asks is: “What can she give you that I cannot?” Reason: She needs a provider for the offspring and does not want to lose the present one. 

A man asks, “Did you have sex with him?” Reason: He wants to pass on his own genes and not those of another.

This is evolutionary psychology and innate behavior.
