Dawn of the Planet of the Apes from 2014 is a dystopien Science Fiction film and the sequel to the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes by Matt Reeves.

Storyline:
The last surviving humans must get a hydroelectric plant up and running , only it is now home to highly intelligent apes, led by Caesar, some of whom want the humans dead. The renegade apes led by Koba carry out a false-flag operation to incite the apes’ hatred of the humans.

Robin’s thoughts:
At first he thought it was going to be about the dawn of the planet of the narcissists. However, after a slow start, the film was very exciting.
He especially liked how the apes Caesar and Koba empirically verify whose fist belongs in whose face.

Robin’s verdict:
Definitely worth seeing!
