Finally Robin has seen the only photo of a black hole so far. It’s super-massive and at the center of the galaxy M87. “I had imagined the sight to be more spectacular, but it’s a real one! So this is what these things look like…”

At the center of our Milky Way is also one called Saggitarius A*, but unfortunately there are only X-ray images of it.

Looking at the black hole in the center of M87, Robin has to think of the refrain of the song “Eye in the Sky” by Alan Parsons from the 80s: “I am the Eye in the Sky, looking at you…”
If only Steven Hawking could still see that!
